Hey there!

I'm Eszter, a pluridisciplinary designer of Hungarian origin.

My services include graphic design, motion design, UX/UI design. I'm also an artist, publishing original paintings and illustrations in a regular manner.

Design isn't just my profession; it's my passsion. I thrive on challenges, using the skills I've meticulously refined over the years to turn ideas into impactful solutions.

By the way, I am lucky enough to be based in Paris. As it is my favourite city ever, I chose it as my home, so that I can be living a dream of mine every day.

Creativity

I consider creativity my biggest force. I love to come up with surprising and progressive ideas and I never shy away from thinking outside the box. We need one good idea? I will come up with five, let’s choose the best direction to develop.

Aesthetic Sense

I believe taste and aesthetic sense can be developed by lot of practice, learning and constantly seeking inspiration. Today my eye is well-trained enough so that I have a strong vision and I can trust my instinct to make reliable, considerate design decisions that will contribute to your success.

Technical Skills

Technical proficiency is crucial for bringing creative ideas to life. I have expertise in Adobe softwares (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro). These are as if they were my third arm: this comfort lets me go fast and effective in production. Figma as a tool fascinates me and I love to use it for creating design systems and prototypes. I am also familiar with 3D softwares and curious about new technologies like AR, VR and AI.

My philosophy

I am committed to lifelong learning, constantly evolving my skills and approach.
I embrace challenges as opportunities to grow, and I find inspiration in the world around me.

For me, design is about finding balance—between form and function, between creativity and practicality. I aim to create work that not only looks good but also makes a meaningful impact.

The importance of finding joy and satisfaction in the design process,
passion and enjoyment are key components of great design.

My story

People often ask me about my journey, my profession, and how I found my way to Paris. To give you a better sense of who I am, I summed up my usual responses here:

my-story-1

The very beginnings

I was raised in Miskolc, Hungary. My district, a remnant of the communist era, was built to house workers for the local iron factory. It has a bad reputation and particular aesthetics (good old socialist realism). I'm fiercely proud of coming from here and this environment deeply influenced my perspective, made me seek and value beauty and sparked my artistic journey.

First degree in graphic design

I completed my BA degree in Graphic Design at the university of Eger, Hungary, where I became part of a vibrant student-artist community. This experience taught me what it means to create in a team and fueled my eagerness to grow as a designer. I was shaped as an artist and designer as I eagerly absorbed lessons in art and design, laying the foundation of my creative journey.

Pursuing my studies

I continued my studies in my country's most renowned design university with an MA in Art and Design Theory. Here I honed my research and critical thinking skills and learnt to synthesize ideas effectively, which turned out to be great qualities for my UX career later on. In 2018, I had opportunity to study at one of the best Parisian design schools, ENSAAMA Olivier de Serres through an Erasmus scholarship, broadening my horizons further (and slowly falling in love with the city.)

Moving to Paris definitively

In January 2020, I settled down in the French capital and began my career as a UX/UI designer at a digital services company. Despite the global pandemic, I successfully held onto my first job and worked there for 4+ years. Throughout this time, I continued creating art alongside my career, drawing inspiration from all the buzzling of Paris and my favourite museums, which I regularly visit.

Present days

These days, I'm focused on learning new skills and working on personal projects.
At the moment I am following a course at Gobelins Paris to become a certified UX designer. This formation lets me understand the design thinking methodology down to its core and I cannot wait to deliver all what I learn to serve my next mission with inestimable contribution.
